𝟐𝟑𝟖𝟑𝟐 (𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝)
February brought 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐝 compared to January. Buyer activity increased with 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, while inventory tightened slightly. Prices dipped a bit but homes are still selling right around 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞.
𝟐𝟑𝟏𝟐𝟎 (𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐲)
This area saw 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲,
along with a slight increase in new listings. Average sales price 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 $𝟔𝟑𝟓𝐊, and buyer activity increased with more showings compared to January.

New listings slowed slightly in February, but 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠. More homes closed and showings increased, while inventory tightened even further to 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝟏.𝟐 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲.
