February brought ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ง๐๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ, ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ๐ compared to January. Buyer activity increased with ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ , while inventory tightened slightly. Prices dipped a bit but homes are still selling right around ๐๐๐% ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐๐.
