We’re diving deep into the July real estate market statistics for the beautiful town of Amelia.
Let’s start with the foundation of any market, which is new listings. In July, Amelia saw 12 new listings hit the market. That’s a promising start, right? The number of homes under contract was even higher. Amelia had 14 homes under contract showing how healthy the market is in Amelia. Can you believe it?
The median days on the market in Amelia were just 10 days before getting snatched up by some lucky buyer. And sellers, you’ll love this. The median percentage of list price to sold price was an impressive 100%. That means sellers on average, your homes are selling for their full asking price. Amazing, right?
Last month, a total of 15 homes were sold in Amelia. That’s 15 families who found their dream homes. The average sales price in Amelia in July was $373,557.
Ever wonder how many showings each listing got? Well, wonder no more. On average, each listing received 7.3 showings in July. That’s a lot of interested buyers in our little county.
The market in Amelia is still experiencing a crazy low inventory of houses with sales with just 0.9 months’ supply of inventory. That’s right, less than one month’s supply.
