Sometimes, the house you lose isn’t the one that got away. Sometimes, it’s just making room for something better. 
These two are newly married, building their careers, and ready to do something pretty special — 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐧. 
We found a house they really liked. We wrote the offer. We fought for it.
And in multiple offers… we lost.
Disappointing? Absolutely.
But what we didn’t know was that another house was getting ready to hit the market.
And this one? It had things the other house didn’t.

The moment we walked through the door, I saw the big smiles.
They could see it.
Not just a house, but 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.
Coming home after work. Family right down the road. Projects in the garage. Room to grow. A place that could become theirs as they build a life together.
Suddenly, losing that first house made a whole lot more sense.
Sometimes there is a plan unfolding that we just can’t see yet.
And for these two, I think this is exactly where their story was meant to begin.
