Amelia continued to see steady buyer demand, especially for country properties and acreage homes. Homes averaged just 8 days on market, and inventory remained low at only 2 months supply — showing that well-priced homes are still moving quickly.

Powhatan had another impressive month, with 51 homes going under contract and homes averaging 100% of list price. Average sales prices climbed to nearly $585K, showing continued strength in the market as buyers compete for desirable homes and neighborhoods.
