Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. When we first met Anita Williamson, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Anita was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Anita is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Anita moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. She is honest and forthright- no games.
