I’ve got to tell you about this awesome new place I discovered. It’s a delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Rancher, sitting on over 2 acres in the beautiful Truxillo area of Amelia. Let me take you on a little tour, doggy-style!
Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh grass and birds 🐦 singing. I wagged my tail with excitement as my human and I stepped onto the covered front porch. My human had their morning cup of coffee ☕️, while I enjoyed the serene surroundings and the gentle breeze. No other humans or dogs in sight—just us and nature. It’s like our own little slice of heaven!
Inside, it’s even better. One-level living means no stairs to climb—yay for my paws! The place has three bedrooms, perfect for my human pack. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open, so I can easily keep an eye on everyone while they cook, eat, and relax. And guess what? No carpet anywhere! Just new, smooth flooring that’s perfect for Zoomies! 🤪
Everything feels so fresh and bright, thanks to the new paint 🖌. There’s a big laundry/mudroom that makes coming in from the backyard a breeze. Muddy paws? 🐾 No problem! My human can clean me up right there.
Now, the best part—the outdoors! We stepped out onto a large side deck where I could see myself lounging in the sun or hosting playdates with my furry friends. But the fenced-in backyard? Oh boy, it’s a dream come true! I ran around in circles , sniffing every corner and imagining all the adventures I’d have there. The shed with a metal roof is perfect for storing all my toys and maybe even some garden tools for my human.
The yard is huge, with plenty of space for digging (don’t tell my human!), playing, and maybe even a little garden 🍅 or some chickens 🐔. I can already picture the fun I’d have chasing them (again, don’t tell my human!).
This place is in a perfect spot, too. We can easily get to the Village of Amelia (for my haircut ✂️), Chesterfield, Farmville, and Blackstone.
