Here is exactly what the Food Pantry needs.

If you’re able to grab everything — that is AMAZING.

If you’re able to add a handful of these things to your regular grocery order — that’s amazing too.

Don’t overthink helping. Just help however you can.

One of the things I love most about Amelia is that when somebody says, “𝐖𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝,” people show up.

So that’s really all I’m asking this week.

Show up.

Not necessarily with $100 worth of groceries. Maybe it’s a $2 box of macaroni and cheese and a couple cans of fruit.

It all counts.
