โ Donโt leave out pet items โ Beds, bowls, and toys make it hard for buyers to see the home as theirs.
โ Donโt ignore pet damage โ Scratches, stains, or chewed areas should be fixed before listing.
โ Donโt try to mask pet odors โ Smells stick in buyers’ minds and can drive them away.
โ Donโt neglect the yard โ Pet mess or damage outside kills curb appeal.
